Make myself on the edge of my chair,

Look up from the window, look for the star.

Used to searching for it, used to staring at it.

Used to thinking where it will be.

A star which was told would be trusted,

A star which I told I always trust,

A star which I treated as a guide.

Forgot from what time.

Wing is thrilling in the wind,

For it’s young, cannot fly.

  Took a two-day break, formally have to read the formal document with the change. Many people are tired and numb to it, not for that we cannot deal with the change, just beacuse of its diversity processes.

  Someone told that Five balls in our life as they are work, family, health, friends and spirit. Only work is a rubber ball, and the others are made of glass, so the other four balls in your hands which you have to protect and keep it in a good condition, those can make you rich. As for the rubber one, if you're not a bowler who can control it, let it be. Or do it what people said--if you can not change the situation, change yourself, stay or not, it's up to you.  

  Darn! Drop it, the change often left your thought behind.

  Change=\= Reform,  but Reform > Change and has advantage.

 

    Take me to your heart( wanna know what you are thinking now)

  Hiding from the rain and snow.(a little bit tired)

  Trying to forget but i won't let go.(still missed her feeding up)

  Looking at the crowded street.(wandering they want  to stay or not)

  Listening to my own heart beat.(heart is excited to tell that worth it??)

  So many people, all around the world.

  Tell me where do i find, someone like you girl.( that's a pretty goal)

    Two times per year of the ISO survey is coming soon.

    I haven’t cleaned the room recently, for these days I have been engaging in the Survey thing. And every department in every branch company all is putting eyes on it now. According to the regulations of Survey, we need to re-check our methods and procedures from tip to toe.

    Many years ago, we just knew the organization with its standards which were popular or authoritative. People always wanted to buy merchandise which have the ISO mark in a supermarket. At the same time, a lot of people were participating in the relative exam to get the special certificate, one hand for improving knowledge, on the other hand for the advantage to competition, the third hand perhaps for earning much money.

    Now we know ISO how it works, and how it affects the life of people. The regular survey is coming next week, don’t worry about it, we’ll make it.

     ‘Different changes’ are often putting on our meeting table, just face it, no alternative.
